Body Reset Diet
Although many diets are effective, they all have the same problem. After you end the diet, your weight will increase again. The Body reset diets, offers you a solution for this problem. During it, you will train your body to use energy efficient, so fat will be burn even when you stop using this diet. Body reset diet was invented by Harley Pasternak (a celebrity fitness trainer). He has a master's degree in nutritional science and in exercise physiology from the University of Toronto.
This diet lasts only 15 days. It has three separated phases, 5 days each. While you are in phase 1, you will drink smoothies for your meals. They are categorized by colors. So, for breakfast you will drink white smoothies, red for lunch and green for dinner. Drinks for your breakfast are made from milk or Greek yogurt. Red drinks are made from fruits, so you will have enough energy during the day. The greed smoothies are made from vegetables. Every drink contains 100-180 calories! In the second phase, you drink 2 smoothies every day, and you have one solid meal. In phase three, you have only one smoothie and the rest are solid meals.
Using this diet, you should satisfy daily intake of nutrients. For the example, a sample menu provides 23% fat, which is enough (the government's recommendation is 20-35%). It is the same with proteins; you will have a daily intake of 22%. You will have 62% of your daily need for carbohydrates. The daily need for: fiber, potassium, and vitamin D will be satisfied. On the other side, daily intake of calcium (recommended in 1000mg-3000mg, but sample menu provided only 542mg) and vitamin B12 cannot be satisfied.
