Yoga Poses You Can Do at Your Desk
The idea of sneaking away from work so as to have a lunchtime yoga session is increasingly becoming hard given the numerous jobs which you have been tasked to do. High Altar Pose
To do this pose, start by inhaling and lifting your arms up. Then later clasp your hands and proceed by inverting your palms. Now lean to the left and hold at least for 5to 8 breaths then do the same for the other side.
Start by turning to the left. Now use your left hand by placing it on the back of your chair as this will help in deepening the twist. Now proceed by holding for at least 5 to 8 breaths. Proceed to do the same thing to the other side.
