Organic Low-Carb Flatbread Recipe
If you want to bake your own flatbread using organic food ingredients for that summer food, here’s what you need:
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup water
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dusting flour
1 beaten egg
1 cup soy protein powder
¼ cup of inulin powder
•Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add water and egg to make a moist dough.
•Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
•Knead the dough and dust it with flour. Divide the dough and flatten it. Use all the dough likewise.
•Keep on the baking sheet, brush the bread with olive oil and bake one side. Flip over and bake the other side.
Serve this flatbread with gravy, tahini, sauce or anything else that you like. It is a better way to eat since no additional oil is used and the ingredients are all organic in nature.
